Heres some pics I took with Joe2dmax at rotor fest on Saturday Feb 16..

I couldnt post all pics untill I get my web site up..BUT heres some of them,

You will see some local cars..and some well known cars in import drag scene,Theres Kilo Racings 3 rotor FB,who dominated the all motor class ALL of last year..in the import race division.Theres another car named (NightMare Racing) Who I got a chance to sit down and talk to the owner on his car and plans for the future.

His name is Angel Valentin
Hes from Conneticut and just recently moved to KissimmeFL with the other Rotary big boys,Kilo Racing,Lopez Racing.
He runs a 84 GS with a Perifical Port 13b with dual Webber 51mm carbs,GForce tranny,Ford 9 In rear.He was in the top (10?) of the all motor class last year with hsi best time of 11.16 for this year...and best top speed of 119.04 mph.His goal to reach this year is braking into the 10s,He is a very helpful guy and loves to talk and show his car off.

I was happy to break in the new digi cam

 

pretty nice.

alot of them are fast, but i dont see why most of them run without wheelie bars, i know the "locals" get a kick out of 10,000rpm bappity bap pull the front wheels launches, but i remember some of those dorks at gville last year at nhra talkin smack but not getting good times cuz they were too busy pullin wheel stands and shooting flywheels out their trannies j/p good pics man

 

I guess you noticed what I favor more..

Yeah I only got one second gen cause of the paint and look of it ..

I didnt get any third gens,There was some badd ass ones there.

Pito from Pito Racing on Waters Ave was out there with his car The Iris,and I guess another car on his team or his friend had a Starlet with a MP3 front end on it.




They have to use scatter sheilds on the tranny and the metal is thick as hell what They use I should of got some pics but I didnt.Yeah alot of the guys did have wheelie bars but there was a couple that didnt and they were still pulling the front up in 3rd gear..


It was fun ..My first good time using my digi cam with the 64mb stick,So I wasnt sure How many pics I could take,I took like 42-43 and still had room ,I wished I would of took more but most of them pics were taken on the way out..

 

BTW that silver first gen the second car,It runs a 12A,custom turbo set up,Mid 80s Celica tranny,Datsun pick up rearend.

It runs 10s,I took pics of this car cause Its from Miami and I have seen it on the net,I didnt get to meet the guy,Hes runing I thik a t60 turbo,I cant remeber exactly though,so dont qoute me..

 

ususally my digicam gets about 25 on normal mode, i think like 10 or 11 on hi-res, and i think i can fit 54 on low-res basic picture mode. i have 2 mem cards, i use basic low res for the events i go to simply because the lighting is usually pretty good out in the sun all day and i can get by with that.

 

I just bougth this memory card Friday and used it Saturday,Its a 64 SD card,I had about 42-43 pics on there..and I think I could fit about 10 more.Once that is used i can take it out ..then use the incamera memory which I can hole about 15 pics.. 16mb memory..
