Factory apex are hard and will damage housings and rotors if they brake..
You can get aftermarket Apex seals that are made otu of carbon and aluminum.and when they break the just dicintergrate<spelled wrong<<and you have less of a chance of damaging the hosing or rotor...

My car came stock with 3mm seals..im staying with 3mm seals..BUT Only reason why I might stay ith stock seals is cause they maybe stronger under pressure (boost)

Im still checking on alot of diffrent things for the car...and thinking about changing my set up..
well the guy is looking at a 13b, and those came stock with 2mm seals, if yo go lean u will break a seal either way...3mm or 2mm

thats not true that all turbo setup are expensive because mine wasn't it was only 800.00 and doesn't need efi setup and i haven't seen this other guys car or motor but shit if your goin to have it apart why not street port it that would be senseless to put it back together stock and i like 3 mm seals better than 2mm seals last longer i think but to each his own i guess but here's my turbo setup on a friends motor we just thru together awhile ago!!!! :o
