I'm going to modify this post/thread as a make changes so this is mostly a placeholder.
Goals to match or exceed the performance, mileage, style and usability of my previous car for less money. Be 100% E85 Compliant and able to be tuned to take advantage of Ethanol Fuel.

Books and Records
One Advantage off buying a luxury car used is the first couple owners usually do a good job of maintaining the vehicle.. so on the REALLY used market a car can be found for say $400 with complete original Books and records. I'll post a Log of the maintenance when i gather it here.
