Brembo Rotor turning
Brembo Rotor turning
I took the Brembo rotors off my 2003 Jag XKR to a local tuffy muffler that I think did a poor job of turning them. I was going to just buy new ones, but four new rotors for this car are $1,400...yes fourteen hundred. And only available from Jaguar..what a scam. Anyway, I am back to the idea that I need to see if someone else can do a good job of resurfacing them, assuming they are not below spec.
Anyone know a good shop in Tampa/Brandon for resurfacing?
BTW, already checked Eisle's, does not do rotors.
Once resurfaced I will be replacing pads with the factory pads, which by the way are $800, but I have tried a couple of other brands (Hawk, etc.) and too much noise.

Maybe try Just Brakes? I figure if anyone can do them, they can. How about Tampa Jaguar?
