In an effort to drum up some action in this forum I'll give an update on some of the BMW projects I'm working on.

SCCA ITS class 325is. Before the race was canceled I was prepping this car for this weekends race at SIS. Installed a second fuel pump in place of the LHS fuel level sending unit/Siphon to remedy the fuel starving problems we were experiencing during hard right turns. We will now be good down to the last gallon before experiencing fuel starve. Threw a fresh set of front rotors and Porterfield R4's at all corners. I was going to try some EBC yellows but the EBC rep didn't come through with the free sets he promised me so I went with the reliable Porterfields. Picked up a new set of Kumho V700s. Other than that the car sits as it was.

SCCA class ITS 328is. Chassis is stripped and awaiting cage fabrication which will probably be started next month or so. Going with a chromoly eight point design. I'm going to try to build this one with no bolted tube connectors. The motor is currently on an engine stand being reassembled, basically a factory rebuild to ensure a fresh motor. Looking to have this car put together by December/January timeframe.

Rotating assembly on the 328 short block is assembled and ready to go. Head is going to be going to the machine shop soon for a fresh valve job and and probably a 0.012" cut.
