how to program keyless remote for an elantra 2001

I recently purchased the car and the keyless does not work. the remote has good battery but dash was replaced and i think it just needs to be re-programmed. Any ideas?

honestly man, I would take it to the dealer... I can't really say I know how to do this, but I'll ask around for you and see if anyone knows.
