Default my new (old) BMW I need help... from honda to BMW

I need help, I have a honda and just bought a 93 bmw 325i... not the best car, but whatever. My question is, the motor has 174,xxx miles on it. That scares me. About how long do these things run for? Also, what other bmw 3-series parts are interchangable with mine... like headlights, bumpers etc. Thanks

Bmw's are built to last. even if it hasnt been treated with the best respect, it will hold out. I sold an '87 325 with almost 200K on it for 3500 it had a very strong engine. they seem to have a reputation for longevity.
