Hello again everyone! Get ready for not just one meet, but TWO meets in August. First off, on August 1st, there will be a Go-Kart Competition at the Tampa Bay Gran Prix in Saint Petersburg. Prize for winning? Hell yes! The winner will receive a free baseline dyno at the 2nd meet in August! See below for more info!

Wait... dyno at the 2nd meet? Yessir! On August 21st, there will be a HONDA/ACURA Dyno Day at XAT Racing. $30 gets you a baseline dyno (2 pulls). There are 10 Prepay/Reserve spots available. If you prepay, you get a reserved spot, and you get first dibs on the dyno.

If your interested in getting on the dyno, please take advantage of the prepay option. Although this meet is based off of the TR Honda/Acura community, there will be people coming that aren't TR members. This means that space will be limited after the 10 prepay people finish up.

Ok folks, here is how its going down. First of all, this is taking place in the Mini-Prix category. The price to enter will be $22.00+TAX. There will be a 6 lap qualifying race. This race will determine your starting position. After that, there will be a 14 lap final race. The winner will receive a free baseline dyno (2 pulls) at the August 21st meet!

This is going down at Tampa Bay Gran Prix in Saint Petersburg (see below for map & directions).

We'll be having an hour long early meet in Tampa at the Best Buy on Dale Mabry. You can also find a map & directions for Best Buy below. We'll be meeting there at 11:30AM and leaving for TBGP at 12:30PM. I will be passing out directions incase anyone gets separated on the way. Please, no stupid driving or dumb stunts during the group cruise out to St. Pete.

Obviously, if your already in Pinellas, you can just meet us at TBGP around 1PM. We want to get things going there quickly so be there a little before 1PM. Don't be too late or you might miss out on a spot to race!

Depending on how many people show, we might not be finishing until 4PM or 5PM.

Time to see what kind of numbers you guys can put down. XAT Racing in Tampa is be hosting a Honda/Acura dyno day for us on Saturday, August 21st. We'll be getting things started up at 11:30AM.

It will be $30 for a baseline dyno (2 pulls). There are 10 Prepay spots available. The 10 people who prepaid will get on the dyno first. After that, its first come-first serve and you obviously pay when you get there.

Why Prepay? Duh, to gurantee your spot. Despite these meets being primarily advertised on TR, there are going to be people coming to XAT that aren't TR members. Also, people will show up with friends to add on the line of folks waiting to get on. This is the best way to skip any hassles involved with the first come-first serve process.

If you want to prepay and reserve your spot, please send me a PM. Please DO NOT Prepay without contacting me first. When you do send me a PM, be sure to include:
-Your full name
-Which car your putting on the dyno
-Phone Number
-How you are paying for your spot

After that I will contact you to get you setup. Payments are going to be made primarily through PayPal directly to XAT Racing's account. However, payments can also be made by phone if you have a credit card of some sort, or you can just drop by XAT and pay cash.

The deadline to reserve a spot is August 18th!

There will be pizza and drinks for everyone. XAT is providing a tent for everyone in the parking lot so nobody melts from the heat. You can also come inside and check out people on the dyno, XAT will be roping off the area for us. Keep it clean and respect the place folks!

I'm sure Adam (PSI) from XAT will be tuning in from time-to-time. Post here if you have questions for him.

I will be accepting donations to help cover the cost of the pizza & drinks at the dyno meet. I have setup a PayPal account for this very matter. It doesn't have to be huge, a simple $3 or $5 (or more) donation is just fine. The address to send your payment to is bassist3@phayze.com. DO NOT SEND DYNO DAY PREPAY MONEY TO THIS ADDRESS!

You can also just bring a few extra bucks to the meet and give it to me in person.
