no, they just tow your shit and you have to figure it out the hard way. or at least thats how it was in new york. lol

look for signs, or call the HOA and ask who does their towing, call, ask if your shit is there, if not, call the police and report it stolen. file insurance claim.

 

First thing I did was contact the towing company. Plus when I was filing the police report he was checking to see if any other company had it since the tow company has to report it

 

if anybody sees this pop up let me know(for sale or on a car), its a super rare momo wood grain. I've only ever seen mine never any others.

Nope. they just yank the car out. Most people know they parked in the wrong spot so they can go straight to the tow company. But, to cover their asses, as soon as the tow truck company has the car, they report it to the cops so when you call the cops to report it stolen, the cops know the tow truck company has it.

reverse that. call police, report it stolen, if the cops don't say anything about a tow company, then find the signs and the HOA and all that and double check the tow company doesn't have it. Meanwhile, you need to have the process already going with the insurance company. They don't like it when you delay getting the police report and even more so when you delay in calling them.

Hopefully it turns up and any damages will be covered by insurance.

talked to my friend yesterday. He said the cop drove by yesterday and asked if i had found my car. Ran it again in the system and it didnt show.
he said if the tow company has it and anything happened to it while towing it he is going to press charges against the towing company.
gonna call them again here in a few to see if they have it.. if not, im going to get a bank loan tomorrow.

a friend who has never even seen my car before and didnt know what it looked like till i posted those 2 pictures said he saw my car at gandy saturday night.
literally described it word for word down to the wine cork in the antenna hole.
so if anybody in the tampa area sees it please let me know. he said this kid is beating the shit out of the car
