Lightbulb Recommendation for Cf Dash wrap?

I did a search online.. just talks about it and who has done it.. I am looking for a shop or someone who is proficient at doing this to wrap my Rhd s14 dash with Cf. I've been to a few shops in Tampa and the prices are RIDICULOUS! One quoted me $1200 without the materials and $750 if i supply the materials. Another shop wanted 800 with materials and 600 without mats.

Dash is 8/10 with one small area that needs to be fixed.. At this point I rather just wrap it in Cf or a nice (not ghetto) material like micro fiber or something.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

those prices actually aren't that far off.
cost of materials seems a bit steep to me, but I honestly don't know.
think about it, most shops charge 75 bucks an hour for labor. that goes towards the bills, the shop space, paying the guy to actual do the work etc. They are expecting it to be at least 8 - 10 hours worth of work. Since it is right hand drive, and there are some minor repairs that need made, they are probably guessing on the high side because they are expecting it to be an overnight job. At 75 bucks an hour, that's 600 - 750 bucks, which is exactly what you were quoted.

What about pulling the dash yourself so all they have to do is the actual wrap job?
the time consuming removal and install will be on your time then.

How about you just save $300 in a jar and buy an uncracked rhd s14 dash when one pops up rather than waste $800 making the one you have look like something from need for speed. If you want to be even cheaper rhino line yours.

oh damn.
then yeah, those are a bit crazy.
Might not be so bad if they could/would break down how many hours get put towards what so you can see how they are budgeting the labor costs, but even that, that is pretty pricey.

my lag is your courtesy head start

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!

I have been searching and trolling the forums i'm registered to for a mint dash. I havent found any and I am 80% done on putting everything back together. I found a local company called Dr. Vinyl that will fix and "re-dye" the entire dash including glovebox for 110.00. total price 90 for dash + 110 = 200 to get a "mint" dash is not bad at all. The company seems legit, they have the contract for all the honda dealerships around town.
