Mustangs "stretching tires" lol
Just a funny thing i came across. These mustangs guys think they're "stretching tires" to much with a 255 on a 8.5in wheel.

In the non-jdmomgwtfdriftking world a 255 on a 10" wheel is considered stretched by tire and wheel manufactures.

If the rim is poking out past the tire, it is stretched. I had 255's on a 17x10, they were definitely stretched.

i have a 205/45/17 on a 9 inch rim up front and a 235/45/17 on a 10.5 inch rim in the rear..
ps i couldnt fit the 225/45 on the 10.5 with using your basic tire machine so i went bigger lol..

i dont drive on the side walls at all lol its weird i have more thread contact stretched than not stretched..
the side walls never touch near the ground unless i drive in dirt then they get touched lol..
a friend of mine has a 275 45 on a 17x9 and i have my 235 45 on a 10.5 rim and i have more tire on the ground

Stretching tires like that is retarded. How do you expect to put power down with rubber bands for grip?
