Whats a good price for a vlsd

I found a decent s14 vlsd (no case) and I have no idea what they should go for. They are asking 140 for it but that seems a little high to me, but I may just be used to TR prices.

j30's r about 50 or 60 i think from the j yard. No case, I hope it at least comes with the axel stubs for that much.
