R32 GT-R seats
$60, i would have done that in a heart beat...
check some of the skyline forums, seats go cheap on there, i've see a set, with a hole in the US pass side bolster go for $200 a set...
shipping will be a bitch though...
have any amount of drive time in it yet?

The only way I wouldnt of called him a moron is if he kept his stock seat so he could sell the GTR one and make money or if he had only one seat in his car to begin with. Some where down the road he is going to either need or want matching seats and trying to track down one specific seat is a fucking nightmare.
You can say what ever you want, a 20 year old OEM seat is not enough of an upgrade over the normal ones. I've sat in them before, the side bolsters are small as shit and the foam is like sitting on a rock. Lame.

Don't really care whether or not it's 20 years old. And you have no clue of what type of driving i do, or have plans for. But thanks for you input, i did ask for it.
P.S. I actually know someone in mainland Japan who owns a local used car center, so finding a friend for my seat won't be to hard.

And cool, then you'd have two 20 year old stock seats. Awesome.

i have two 20 year old seats... and they're not blurple yet!

*pats self on back*
the only thing i DON'T like about GTR seats, is the seat back adjustment, it's that roller handle knob, and it's a pain in the ass... i like the good old lever action.

And your right. I would have two 20 year old stock seats. Where are you going with this? That you think its lame and retarded? Well you already made that point so your input is no longer needed. Thanks
If you're a skinny fuck, they're awesome seats. When I go for a drive, I'm out for 3-4 hours and I'll tell you what they really do feel funny on your sides after a while. Mind you, they're amazing seats(for an OEM seat) for hard driving, and are quite comfortable when you're used to a POS 240sx seat. In my opinion, it is a definite upgrade from an OEM S13/S14 seat. When I had the ninjaturtle R32, I got quite a few compliments at how comfortable the seats were, and how well they "hold" through the turns.
If you don't mind putting a little elbow greese into restoring a 20 year old OEM seat, do it up.

HAHAHA im sorry man! I think I've decided to keep stock aero since i found some kouki sides for 50 bucks. And my exhaust and motor are on priority now since my megan has a huge hole in it from old rust, and my KA is getting more drippy everyday. So the KA-T rebuild is a must.
