Now you guys see why I buy quality used wheels From Japan instead of cheap knock off shit. If you have people in Japan you can get mad hook ups on older wheels.

i agree with you more and more since i've had my Work wheels that i special orderd from japanland....

wouldn't stop me from putting a set of rotas on a 240 though, but no knock off cheap crap for higher end cars...

it's funny though, that these JDM wheels are going for peanuts in japan, and go for crazy money here cause they're "JDM tyTe yO"

^ I know, that why I just laugh at some of the prices...the emitz that sold on here I could get for dirt cheap but I just tried to stay out of it because I know not everyone has connection to get jdm stuff...most people would crap if they knew how much I paid for most of my quality wheels....there are tons of them just waiting to be picked up in japan.

i would LOVE to scoop up a set of gold work equips, 18x11 +10 or 5 all the way around, but since they're discontinued, they're hard to find...

only thing i found closest to that size in a while are these....

18x11 and 18x12 +0 ....... $3500 USD... wonder what they would go for in japanland... prob cheap as they're an "old" wheel...

look up the welds racing S71,, it is almost a dead ringer and 1500 less expensive.

i just found a set of vs-xx on the site linked.. they are going for 43,800yen.. that is 438 dollars as the exchange rate is .011 of USD. shipping not included.

^ In pictures they are very similar...but not in person. Equips are one of the few rims that are still a grip in japan still though. just happens to be a bad example. But I love them and I would have bought my boy Jermaines black faced equips if I didn't have to pay for the wedding at the time.
