^that's life, son. If you give up it will never be finished, but if you keep working at it... ...maybe someday kid.
To the guy looking to make the trade for S14 to Subaru:
I have no idea what your car is like, but I can tell you that it's a lot older than that Subaru. The WRX will last a long ass time with minimal problems, and if you want to make more power the paths to success are straight, true, and well-beaten. The drivetrain conversion is 100% bolt in with the right parts (basically an entire car's worth of driveline parts from the flywheel back) and depending on what year the center section is from, there may be up to 5 wires to connect.
Meanwhile, your S14 will have the following problems:
Driver's window will stop working.
TC rods will always be blown or making noise, even if you go with aftermarket
The power steering rack seals will go out in close proximity to your tie rod boots disentegrating
The power steering lines will leak
Your AC compressor will lock up and you'll go through 3 reman ones before breaking down and buying a brand new one
Your windshield and rear window moldings will pop out and you'll bever be able to push them back in.
...and the list goes on.

Im not trading for the Subaru. After I saw it, he did not know what injectors he upgraded to, and his car was untuned after doing exhaust, intake, headers, and injectors while staying with the TD04.
I know all about them to know if the trade is worth it or not. I have an 07 WRX in my family so I know just as much about them as my own car.
Plus, my car doesn't have any of the problems you have listed and it doesn't seem it will happen in the near future at all. All cars get problems, not just S14's.

You're right, but the older they are the more likely it is that problems will occur. Not saying that Subarus are problem-free, but upgrading 5+ years for a straight up trade may be well worth it.
Alternatively, a $450 tune would put you in a pretty good spot with th WRX.

Thats what I thought initially, but I was looking for a car I could just drive and not have to work on really besides basic maintenance. I wasn't even going to mod it or anything.
I didn't really want to deal with someone that doesn't remember what cc injectors they put on and that wouldn't bother with a tune. Plus his post says it had a GT30, but he would say he never ran anything but the TD04. It seemed kind of sketchy so I'm not going to stress over it. I have gotten other offers, or I will just keep my car. No biggie
