Ok I know this is a long shot on here but thought I'd post it up here anyways in case someone is going to UTI or something. Anyways I'm renting a room out in my house, it's a nice 3/2/2 very clean, has all tile throughout the house. Very safe neighborhood, I've never had to worry about stuff getting stolen, etc. House is kept flawlessly. I rent the master out to my boss so you would be sharing a bathroom with me. The room is pretty large, will fit queen size bed with plenty of room, has a nice size closet as well. I can get you pictures if needed, anyways $500 a month including utilies, I don't require a security deposit just ask that you pick up after yourself. Also no working on cars at the house, I have spent alot of time getting oil stains off the driveway and alot of time cleaning out the garage so don't want to have to deal with that. I don't mind stuff like changing tires, etc but no messy shit. We have a 5000 sq ft. shop we would probably let you use if you really needed to do some mechanical work on your car.
