yeah its hard out there as far as racing and anything with modified cars period. before i moved out here cops would just invade car meets and parking lot hard parkers to inspect their vehicles and any "ilegal mod" they found they would impound your car. dont know how it is now but prob worse.lol

i dont see how they could get away with impounding ur vehicle because your car has a mod such as a turbo installed, etc. what about cars that come factory with turbos and intercoolers etc...i dont see that 1 sticking.

Front mount intercooler in CA - illegal
they really have it rough over there, but if its modified civics and in california, why should I give a shit, it clearly says that the motors were stolen. Street racing and taking it seriously is gay anyway
