Things I don't get. Vol 1: previous cars list
What is the point of listing the 12 busted cars you used to own/traded/sold/wrecked in your sig? Even if they're decent, who cares? Anyone want to take a stab at answering that one for me? I am turning into a crotchety old man, or have I simply lost the blatant materialism of my tweens.

It's just what people do. Also, I don't have my list of busted cars anymore, but when I posted in the toyota setion, people would understand that I used to be a toyota enthusiast. Now to the new people there, they think I'm a random Nissan guy.

Why not? Why put useless quotes in sigs? Why have a sig at all? It can be a matter of self expression just like your car... sometimes its nice to see where you started off and how you progressed. I’ve have gotten pm's in the past referencing previous cars I have owned because of the sig. To each their own. If you start questioning something like this then why not question the idiocy of this thread and the waste of bandwidth to begin with? In no way shape or form am I attacking you for starting this thread but in all reality do I or anybody else for that matter have to justify the reason they do things in life either to you or anyone else for that matter?

and, the reason i have a sig is obviously so i can see the one dude skate off.
