Spent Saturday building a sweet fence. My arms hurt so bad today. Post hole digger + clay = no fun... but I like the way it looks, and now I have a little place to let the dogs out when I don't feel like walking them 
And my neighbor just got a new boat. I'm super jealous... he's selling his old one though, so I may try to grab that off of him. Neat little flats boat.

I remember when i had to do that shit, bigger though. It really does suck using a pole digger. Doesnt really look that big though, you have small dogs?
Fishing umm.... i miss that shit so much. Dont really like flats though because your limited to the fish that live only in the flats. My dad use to have a nice 26ft Proline, good for flats and a little bit of offshore. Remember hooking a huge ass snook. The beast ripped out of the water and snapped the line instantly. He was so fucking huge.

Yeah, it wasn't that bad. I'm just way out of shape... that's what happens when you sit in an office all day 
I think it was just harder than I'd thought it would be since I hit all that clay. I assumed being right on the water would mean all sand! I used 7 ft posts embedded 3 feet.
And no, I have two pretty good sized dogs. It's a 4ft fence. They could probably get out if they really wanted to.
I really only built it to use when I'm home. They have no need to run away if I'm there. It just keeps them from wandering off too far.
And I live way at the top of the bay. So flats boat would be the best answer. It's only a few feet deep for 90% of the upper bay area. And besides, my uncle has a nice 24' Pathfinder that he keeps at Tierra Verde for going out in the gulf

If the dog wants to get out, it will lol. Had my 90lb akita act like an escaped convict and climb a 5 foot fence. She was the harry houdini of dogs. Crazy/smart ass dog lol
