nico and zilvia are the most nazi moderated boards i've ever seen (also add mazdaforums too). they want you to donate in order to just about read anything worthwhile (which isn't really that worthwhile), and their forum is full of bodykit and stance threads and are owned by the fanboys who have trolled those forums since 2003.
you're better off. srsly.

Their mods are decent guys, but whomever makes the rules there is uber strict. They really will give you timeouts for saying a mod is a fag or just using a statement of frustration and anger.
The knowledge vacuum is there on those boards. Compared to a technical heavy site like Freshalloy, NICO and Zilvia are behind the times. There have been threads where people have innovated some cool stuff, and there is productivity within the community, but the major advancements in S-chassis knowledge have come from Freshalloy, which has been around since the mid 90s as the Amarok mailing list. There are guys on Freshalloy who are responsible for contributing to things people on this very board do all the time with their 240s.
S-chassis has come a long way from swapping in SR's with KA ECUs, harnesses, and distributors and jerry rigging Jim Wolf ECUs.
