Ok First Off i don't wonna hear shit talking so read carefully!!!

Yes i got traped in the bust funny thing is i was a passanger and i'm happy i wasn't in my car, either way i would have gotten the same penalty as everyone else. OK now the thing is for those who had to go to court like i did what did everyone else DO? I had to pay the $151 plus fee which added up to $176 now i jus got a fucking letter and have to give them $199 ASAP!!!

I was going to get a lawyer for this but fuck it the judge told me if i pay the difference off he will not ad anything to my record and no points will be added so i was like ok then i'll do it.

I know alot of people were caught in the act and i wanted to see did you guy fight it? Got a lawyer? Payed the ticket and still got fucked? or got the same plan the judge gave me....


I'm very pissed off right now but it's still B.S i gotta suffer what the racer gets OWELL you gotta PAY to WATCH.

good luck...i would get a lawyer but the only thing is that you will probly end up paying more after you pay him/her

do not get a lawyer and fight it, or try to fight it on your own.. i had a very very long discussion with my uncle who is a corporal for the P.C.S.O. to make a long story short he said to pay it, and take a class to get no points. he said not to fight it because street racing and street racing deaths are such a hot topic right now, and theres an extremely high chance they will NOT be leiniant with the ticket and drop it, or give you a reduced fine.. he gave me alot more reasons and explanations and stuff but it's wayyyyyy to much to type.

 

you were very very lucky to get it dismissed. but did you end up paying more than the ticket?

aww i remember that night it was shitty lol..
me and friends were by the bridge when it happend we were the first 10 cars to leave.

and i just paid the ticket 2 days before it was do and i wrote i would take the test but never did lol..and friend had to get a lawyer in because he couldnt get those points to many already or something..

and my cousin got a DUI and then paid for a lawyer and got it dropped so instead of paying 8k+ he is paying the lawyer 3k.it's like he never got pulled over.
so get a lawyer if you have to if not just pay them there money.they most likely want more money because the ticket was due like 3 months ago lol
