yea it was jose hes the one who went threw ups to ship the headlights and im not sure if he got insurance on the shiping or not but i hope so. If not theres a guy holding a passenger headlight just in case...

If he packaged it to the point where it doesn't have space to move, this wouldn't happen even if they threw the box. Which he should have done with glass headlights.
what would NPH do?

ups should pay for it give them a ring. when i had a head shipped to me from japan they bent/broke a few of the exhaust/intake studs and i had to pay to get them outed(didnt wanna f it up myself) they reembursed me for that

Well this Tuesday me and shan't and his brother jose are gonna talk to ups about theis whole ordeal. Since they still got the receipt and the tracking number. So ill let you know what happens...

From personal experience, that's from a poor packing job combined with UPS's typical disregard for anything in a box.
