Wheel Decision for my Z.
As, some might know I purchased a set of Konig Villains about 2 years ago from a vendor over in Lakeland. The wheels were sold to me as being the proper offset for the Z (38-40)....alas they were not. As it turned out they were for an RX7. Needless to say the front wheels did not fit on my Z...had to put a spacer on there. And 1 of the rear wheels was bent... So, all around I got screwed. One of the front wheels cracked, so I bought 2 brand new replacements for the front. Now 1.5 years later the 2 rears are giving me problems so they have to go, and the wheel is discontinued.
So, I have several options here. I can purchse 2 left over villains from a TTNet member for $420 or buy a new set of wheels all together. Here in lies my choice.
Enkei RPM2
17x9 40mm offset (18lbs)
or
Voxx Matrix
17x8 40mm offset (19lbs)

just for u, here's the rpm2's 17x9 (+40) on my friend brian's 240. he is using H&R 15mm spacers all around for a +25 effective offset. they look really good. i like the finish of them.

yep. im doing his exact setup, minus jwt ecu (the n/a program he still has) plus a few tweaks. he road races and autocrosses so he actually DOESNT want to go over 250rwhp, or it would be impractical for his goals. mine however, will eventually have to be higher to satisfy my needs
ps - that burrito was damn good. and somehow you and matt rode out on i4 i got stuck behind some tourists/greyheads in the disney/i-drive area and had to bombard them with 150decibel exhaust leak haha
dude i was just hauling ass , having way too much fun in that damn car.
afterwards i let regina drive it and all im saying is this.
