Default Suspension Questions

I'm looking around for the best overall suspension for the money on my 240. I'm not sure what to go with. I would like a nice firm ride. I do autocross frequently so adjustable shocks are a must. I've heard Eibach Sportlines aren't stiff enough (spring rate is soft). Anyone heard of Whiteline springs or perhaps any other race springs made for a 240? KYG AGXs? I just want to get some opinions knowing many have you have had experience with these brands.

Why not go with a Coil Over setup? Shitty ride, but if your gonna use it for AutoX

not necessarily true. You can get system s like the tein basic damper for around 700 dollars.

^ ^ ^ Where can I get this coilover set and how does it perform?

Edit: Also is that setup adjustable?

The set up is non adjustable. They are basic of all basic's. I'm using a set of tein S tech that work good for the autoX, but im moving to better suspension peices. Highest bid on it was 125+shipping since these are on backorder.

the tein basic dampener allows height adjustability, but lacks dampening adjustability. THe dampeners are pre set for the spring tension taht comes with the kit.

you're going to have to sacrifice $$ for adjustability if you're interested in a autocross suspension.
note: if youre racing on a track, dont skimp on things that can make a big difference.

bite the bullet and save up. you'll be happier with a fully adjustable kit.

I for one will be running my car at several track events, as well as autocrossing it, and drifting it, and I'm going with a non adjustable ride heigh setup, only damping adjustability.

tein knows what they're doing, I am a believer of the basic damper, even sight unseen.
