Best Place to tune sr20det??

My cousin has an 98 frontier with a sr20det motor in it. Where is the best place to have this tuned around here? He lives in a small town in SC and knows of nowwhere to go.

we can tune it at secret services. our shop project 240sx with an SR20DET is putting down 454 hp @ 18.5 psi

That is what I thought. I will let him know. He is going to Japan soon not sure when he will be able to make it down.
