Default My Silvia is making a popping sound in the right strut...

Hmm what could this be? We installed a front strut bar a few weeks ago. But we've been noticing a popping sound when we back out and turn from the right strut area.

Any ideas?

check to see if the spring is still seated correctly, there should be a nice groove for it to sit in. if its not propperly seated then it will click and shift around the bottom/top of strut areas... may have shifted when top bolts where off?
you may have to take wheel off to see if spring is correct.

It could also be the "control arm stabilizer". When they go bad it makes a popping noise that sounds like it's coming from the strut. Just a suggestion.

Front lower control arm and bushing
front Tension Rod (also called strut rod) and bushing
strut and spring combination with upper strut mount
front swaybar

that does it for the suspension in the front..
