if ur spending all this money id get a nismo, b&m, or C's short shifter. obx is ok but you never know if you'll get a quality piece or one that breaks off within a month.
in my opinion, u dont need the turbo timer but im able to sit in the car if i had to. its a <$100 unit, so its worth it.
id also do that flywheel with the clutch so they both go in brand new, it saves the hassle of dropping the tranny while the motor is in the car. its not fun.
add some electric fans to that radiator when u do get it. cleans up the bay and they work good. in the meantime, you'll need the long ass radiator hose to cross over to the stock ka radiator.
also, nismo motor mounts, could be a good investment if your mounts are done but id say a 96's are probably in good shape still. i cant remember much else right now.
oh yeah, probably by the time you get to the high 200s in HP youll need to switch to a bigger MAF sensor, most definately when by the time you upgrade the turbo. and dont forget an intake kit for your stock MAFs.

ACT 6 puck clutch - I reccomend Spec III over this
OBX shifter - Like dan said, I would go with stock or bnm (C's isnt bad either)
greddy pulleys - pulleys are weak in my opinion. you can spend money on better stuffs.
You also forgot the hotpipe for the sr
