It sucks that I don't know of any cool shops in my area. Everyone over here wants to rip the customer off or they cost too much for the work.

The labor prices I see posted seem great for the work.

This guy i know got a B16 put in his civic ex, supposed to be a simple swap, the damn thing never worked right, and he payed over 1500. WTF?

but 95% of the girls i know who have 240s rice them out. it wouldnt look bad if it was just the console, but every vent and speaker grille painted is ridiculous. hell i would have painted them back to black the 1st day i got the car. but thats just me. the car is still nice and i guess i shouldnt talk since all of my stuff just sits on the floor, leaving my car still slow. my bad im sorry.

as far as me hating, yes. im an asshole.
i wont ever be happy, im just surprised i havnt actually killed myself yet...but thats another story. sorry for posting in this thread.

It's ok, sounds like you need some antidepressants.... I am getting a whole new stereo system... so am just going to leave the speakers and stuff crappy until I replace them. Have to sell mine first though ...it's that ricey veilside one.
Debating over whether to get my car painted now with the veilside one because the GP sports front bumper is $690 plus shipping!!! Or wait, drive around with no bumper, and save up the cash.....

And yes, 95% of girls do rice out their cars, a hell of a lot of guys do too though. But I am different...I have an SR20DET, how many girls do you know with an SR? I can count them on one hand....and the number is 2 including me.

 

Yeah that's what I said. I have just begun with this project car...my first goal was always getting the SR installed and running good before I did any body or interior work. There is still a lot to do...

Hey Scott, we changed our oil yesterday (after only about 350 miles) ...it was black black...wow....going to change it again in 300 miles.... Then do you recommend synthetic?
