Stupid midpipe Screws
just a general grounding wire.
those bolts look nasty. i have never seen mine i hope they arent as bad.
best thing to do is hit it with pb blaster and wd 40 and soak it in all those sprays and let it sit overnight. if it doesnt work the next day, bust out the hacksaw and set aside a few grueling hours on your back. or find a lift and a plasma cutter and be done with it in 5 minutes. id say its a 95% chance you'll need new bolts. might as well just get a test pipe made, that cat there is a dummy cat which is hollow anyways.

Why would Nissan put on a hollow cat? Or why is that there?

hell an impact gun couldnt get my shit off on last car , but it was the shops fault for using air tools to torque down the nut, and overtightening causing the threads to cross and heat and it was like one piece. impact would be best bet before relying on mr hacksaw. but id rather plasma or hacksaw it cuz u might as well use new bolts anyways.
I don't know why an impact wrench would get the thing off when it's not budgling at all. RIpping on it harder will probably begin to bend stuff.
You've got more experience, so maybe it would
