EGI Relay Buzzing when turning off from run/acc???????????Heh????
The Status: So I have a HICAS S13, hicas has been deleted. Using OEM ecu and motor is all stock.
The car will start and run fine, thats not the issue.
The Issue: When you move the key position from the car running/acc to off and take the keys out or just leave them in the off position after putting power the the acc position, the EGI relay will make an angry buzzing sound and continue until batt has been disconnected.
The Kicker: IF you move key from off to acc several times after the buzzing occurs 2-3 or more times of the moving of the key it will stop. Everything is grounded properly and has been inspected(Except dash pulled), good relays(Several of them) have been tested in its place and they all have the same result.
Solution: Was thinking maybe its a short or cross in wires under the dash as the dash lights will flicker and if you pull the "meter" fuse down at the kick panel fuse box this problem will not occur at all. Has anyone had this problem or encountered something of the sorts? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!!!

Car off, turn keys to "on position", turn key off.... Dummy lights on? Windows still operate, (p/w)? Seat belt still slide when you close the door?

I figured out what it was today, the 3rd up from bottom cylindrical relay on the kick panel fusebox was giving a faulty connection. You tap it w/finger and it stops. Thanks though for the responses guys!
