I just bought an s14 w/
Well I just bought a s14 w/ a rb25det. The engine has no p/s and no ac. I want to take care of the p/s issue first. I've been looking around online and I see some replacement kits out there and I also see some put together with ka parts. Any suggestions or opinions will be appreciated.
Yea, go w/the KA p/s compressor. Easiest/cheapest route. You cut your orginal p/s mount to fit the KA compressor and everything else is bolt up.
I did this to my brothers rb and it works out well.

Im in a pickle here. My new s14 has eibach springs on all four corners ans tokiko gas shocks for the front. The problem is I have too many speed bumps and speed humps in my neighborhood. Its very difficult to get around. I am willing to trade for a stock set up or a boost controller. Let me know if anyone is interested. FYI, my parts are used.
I see this thread is starting to get some views. I felt it was necessary to give another update. I got the car up in the air and got a good look from underneath. The first thing I looked at was the oilpan and surprise suprise, it was dented. So the first thing im gonna do is handle this. While I was inspecting the oil pan I noticed the last few bolts were covered up by some sort of plate bolted to the trans. Its impossible to reach the final bolts without removing the plates. What the hell are these? I also looked online for a new gasket. There are none. Not even in a gasket kit. I could use a little advise on what to do. Im also gonna try to upload a few pics of the car and engine. Thanks for the help so far guys.
The brackets are reinforcing brackets for the trans. They're pretty simple to remove. As for the oil pan gasket, there is none. It's a liquid gasket from the factory. Pull off the pan, clean the surfaces, and re-do it with a bead of RTV.

Cool. I can handle that. I spun a rod bearing in my last 240 b/c the sr20 didnt have enough oil pick up. Im not gonna make the same mistake twice. Anyone want these s14 eibach lowering springs? I'll trade them for some stock springs. Its to low for the neighborhood I live in.
