Does anyone know how hard it would be to put a 5 speed into a 95 240, or somewhere it can be done? Im thinking of buying my friends 240, but i cant stand an auto tranny.

i know what needs to be switched.
i know which holes need to be drilled.
i know each and every stupid ass little part tat you need.
i can do it at my house, garage mattback is hardcore as fuck.

this is my first post under a new name, with the s13 tranny, im having problems getting the input shaft into the pilot bearing. I know there is not a cranksensor on the bellhousing because its an s13.....? am I wrong? am i hitting something> wtf is going on here

you need to tilt the motor down in the back to get them on. On my SR's i always use the factroy scissor jack, and put it between the front sway bar and crank pulley. crank the jack open and the motor will tilt back. the tranny should slide right on. If you are KA i dont knwo it this will work, but you should try to get the same effect another way.
