Wiring help needed, cash for help
Its got to the point where i cant stand to look at my car sit in my garage anymore without making progress on it.
I have decided to run a EZ harness to replace the factory body harness and eliminate all unneeded wiring, but am in over my head. I am looking for someone with good electrical know-how, to only aid me in getting the harness set-up and run. I will do the actual wiring, wrapping, soldering, everything. Im looking for someone to simply just come basically to hang out, give advice, and tell me what wires need to go where, and what I need to do to get this done properly.
I have cash ready to help get some good help out, beers in the fridge, and pizza up the street. Quality work will receive good compensation!
I just want to drive my car again... this is not all it needs, but getting it wired will defffff get me a solid couple steps closer
thanks guys,
Eric

Why don't you lay both harness' out and group what needs to be kept and what needs to be trashed together. Then based off of what needs to stay, start grouping the new harness into sections for your relays, grounds, switches, etc. It's going to take more than a couple hours to get it sorted out. The big thing here is getting everything needed into groups, once that's done, start putting it into your car and laying out where you want your relays, fuse panel, etc at. From there its just terminating your wires. I know sounds easier said than done, but its a start.
I have to start tearing into my body harness as well to run the Mazworx VVL intake manifold. If only I were closer we could help each other out. Would be a good learning process. Either way man, good luck with it, it's going to be a PITA.

yea the PITA part has become more then apparent... but im past the commit zone, and would be really neat to actually get it accomplished.
I have kind of tried to keep from starting, as to not making things more difficult for who ever helps me. I know my wiring knowledge is pretty novice, and i have put this car back together once already half assed, and just want to make sure i get it back together properly this time.
appreciate the advice, def wish it was closer so i could learn some as well, your build is starting to look like fun haha. should be a exciting road trip back to mazworks for you

Yes, I'm excited about getting my motor back, however i need to get cracking on the engine bay so I can get it painted ASAP. The build is def getting interesting, but still a very long way away from finished.
im just not confident in my wiring, and would like to do it right the first time.
come hang out have a brew and make a little money sean, your pretty local to me i think?
