question to Z32 guys
I have a 300zx with a fully built engine heads and hybrid turbos. what im wondering is how much rwhp could i get from a forged and bored engine with 5 angle valve job and hybrid turbos? and what size injectors would be best for this kinda set up? thanks

He's talking about hybrid T25/T28 turbos most likely. This is on of the bolt-in upgrade for those cars.
550cc injectors would probably cover it. With all other supporting mods in place, I'd guess 450-500whp with the right tuning and healthy engine.

Hey Z28 racer it would seem your in the wrong group to be making comments. you dont now what hybrid turbos are, and i never said minumal overbore? So I dont know where your getting this shit from lol. the engine was bored .40 over with wiesco pistons and eagle rods and everything is held together with arp head and main bolts. the heads have a 5 angle valve job.and fresh hybrid turbos. I was just curious if any one in the NISSAN community has seen someone with these kinda mods and what the product was rwhp wise.

I haven't seen anyone build a VG in 8-10 years. Putting forged stuff in your motor doesn't make power so much as it makes it blow up less. Valve job isn't going to do much at the power level you're at. You're going to be limited by the turbos and tuning, unless theres something dumb like stock ICs in there.

so what I'm seeing is, a slightly better/faster spooling, 400 hp set up.
I'm assuming by stillen intercoolers, you are talking about their side mounts.
I have yet to see anyone make over 400 whp with side mounts.
the very few that have, aren't doing it safely.
That rebuild kit you used for the wiesco pistons and eagle rods, if assembled properly, ought to make the engine strong enough to handle over 600 hp, (most of the time, they advertise they can handle 800) but your turbo set up isn't going to handle that.
So if it was my car, dyno time, money and hopes on the line, I wouldn't hope for more than 400.
And for the record, "hybrid turbos" is a ricey 300zx term, not a commonly accepted term, Nissan or not.
I've seen people loose power with the over bore. My 2 cents, unless you're shooting for some big power numbers, all it is going to do is help spool time. Same with that 5 angle valve job you had done. Those kinds of things don't really help until you start getting into the big numbers. You can do bolt on stuff, front mount, etc etc and get 400-450 with stock internals.
