Default My belts!

Okay, I bought my car in early july and it ran fine. The more I drove I noticed a sqeaking sound coming from the engine. It had to be the belts so I got all the belts replaced because I found out they were cracking. After I got my belts replaced it sounded fine. A couple weeks later everytime my car hit 3,000 rpm's I heard it again. So now I had to tighten the belts so I did that. Sounded good for a couple weeks and now whenever I hit about 6,000 rpm's I hear it again. I know the squeaking has to do with the belts becuase everytime I get them fixed they stop squeaking. Any help? Thanx.
