Default something bent?

So ive been due for an alignment since the big bang. The other day i noticed that my driver side wheel sits a tad further forward than my passenger side. Not a huge difference but only about 1/2"(a lot in the alignment world?). I showed my friend and he told me that a friend of his haid the alignment shop tell him that he had a bent front sub frame/cross member. Is this true? Has anyone had this problem?

Now will i look like a retard taking it up there or is this something the alignment will correct. Almost seems like if my caster is off but aren't our cars not caster adjustable?

Do you have adjustable tension rods? If so, you could have that difference dialed in. It could be that you have a lower control arm thats been tweaked. A trip to the alignment shop would solve your problem though.
