Expect to pay around $5000-5500 to do it right. This includes changing gaskets and seals, rod bearings, etc...intercooler kit, exhaust, etc...
If you pay someone to do it, then the price for the labor would need to be added to this figure. For a GOOD, reliable swap with NEW rod bearings, expect to pay aorund $1000 for an S13 swap and $1500 for an S14 swap with functioning A/C. I hope this helps.
