Default VSS for Nissans specifially 300ZX Z32

Im trying to figure out what style VSS sensor the Z32s have. I have a custom swap and trying to figure out what the original speedometer signal was recieving. I believe its a 4000ppm (4 pulse) but having a hard time researching this online. Was hoping for some imput from some people who might have had to deal with this.

Closest I got to some info was on people swapping VG's into other things and RBs, playing with other nissan sensor styles.

Any and all info appreciated.

if you have access to an oscilloscope you can make short work on what type of signal your getting. It sould be a square wave signal but not sure on how many pulse's per mph it puts out

The car doesn't have the original motor or tranny in it anymore. I need to know what the car originally saw.

oscilloscope is the only why I would know... that kind of info isn't exactly common knowledge...
What are you trying to get to work with what?
