Default s13 with j30 noise help

I have a s13 and I just installed a j30 differential that I purchased from someone here. I used royal purple oil "almost 2 bottles" when I installed it the thing runs fine grips hard.

The issue is now i have a loud whine coming from that area that you can hear when ever you press on the gas. If i am coasting you do not hear it only when pressing on the gas. this noise is lound and i cannot figure out what it is. Any ideas would be appreciated.

thanks for the suggestion, i looked when I had the cover off and did not notice any shims added

Thanks for the input, replaced both axles last night no change I am going to swap it out with a open tomorrow and see if the noise is there. That should narrow it down some more.

replaced with a open diff, and there is no noise so its def the j30. After searching around i noticed that are all j30s supposed to use bushings in the front to bolts?
