Default Second Annual South FL Nissan Meet

Hey everyone, there will be a Nissan meet down in south FL in December. I'm posting this on here to try and get a bigger turnout. So far it looks like it will be towards the end of December, probably the 28/29th.

It will be a 2 day event. Saturday there will be a dyno day, and Sunday a picnic/show.

Follow that link to the SR20DE forum to check for updates. I will post back here as the time gets closer, and all the details are worked out, but as for now, this is just a heads up. Spread the word my Nissan people.

Doesn't count as much if you didn't log the hours to get it there!

Well I am glad you think that way since the block is on the floor at my friends shop, the head is at my house, the haltech harness is tore all apart and I am rewiring it, the block is going to the machine shop, the head is going to the machine shop, the clutch is getting replaced, new pistons, valves, seals, bearings, and thats only the begining. Just because I bought a car that is fast doesnt mean I am not going to work on it and make it faster trust me what people have seen already is not anywhere close to its full potential.

I will have it done by december and it will be a totally different car.

Glad to see some interest. The meet might be moved up to the 21st and 22nd. Since this would be a better time for the dyno shop.

They can only do 40 cars maximum on the dyno for the day. As of now it will be $40 for 2 pulls, and once we get everyone done, and there is still some time, there will be an additional pull for no charge. I'm not sure if the dyno has a wideband O2, but chances are it does.

Once again, as the date gets closer, I will post all the info, and try to get a headcount of all the people coming and dynoing.

$40 for 2 pulls is NO DEAL for 40 cars to be up on the rack!

The meet will be in the Fort Lauderdale area. The dyno event will be held at Cybernation, and the bbq will be held the next day at John U Lloyd State Park in Dania Beach right off Port Everglades.

40 cars is the most that the dyno shop will allow in one day, I'm not saying there will be that many dynoing.

So far its 2 pulls for $40, but once every car has gone, there will be an additional free pull if you want one.
