Question BC stage 3 Cams Sr20det question

I had a question i read a little bit on it but cant remember where and i cant seem to find it i searched google but my question is. Are the Brian Cower cams off some degrees from the factory like would i have to get adjustable cam gears to straighten everything out. I already bought some stage 3 cams, someone brought this to my attention today

I had the 272 BC cams in my last engine i built, overkill as fuck btw. They are ok to drop in, but to maximize your HP gains you will have to dial them in (adjustable cam gears set by someone who knows what the hell they are doing).

^ yeah, thats it.
you can just drop them in and they will work just fine, but you can squeeze a bit more out of them but adjusting your overlap via adjustable cam gears.
