im running high compression head with a stock tune, the car fires but wont run. the head has been shaved almso .30 over... i know the car had junky gas in it so i put octane booster and gunna put 93 or race gas but i was also wondering what to do with the spark plug gap. i have the gap set to the recomended gap. but should i make the gap bigger or smaller? if i cant get it to fire right, i think ima just throw annother head gasket on it and try that. but thats old school and not sure if it will work.
