Unhappy RB25DET clutch problem: need advice

OK so I have an s13 coupe with an rb25det s1 in it. And out of nowhere the clutch stopped holding. I drove to bk for lunch and parked my car when I got back to work. The clutch worked perfect on that trip. And when I go to leave work the clutch pedal feels sticky. And the clutch was barely grabbing. And now you can put the car in any gear, take your foot off of the clutch and the car keeps idling and doesn't even budge.

I checked the slave and it is still releasing. And I looked in the t/o bearing arm hole and the t/o bearing looks good And the fingers on the pressure plate look to be moving right. So I'm kinda stuck now. Oh and It has a spec stage 3+ clutch in it.
Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated.
And if anybody has a reasonably cheap rb25det clutch lmk. It can be stock...idc. I just need something so I can get back and forth to work
Thanks in advance for any help.

Well it did a good bit of slipping before it stopped grabbing completely. I was able to limp it back to my apartment. And if you Rev it in gear you can feel the car try to move just slightly. That's what led me to believe it was clutch.

I think I figured it out. I put my car up on the lift and work and pulled the slave cylinder off. It is pretty much siezed up. I wouldn't even compress it with a huge pair of channel locks. If I can fiond one I'm gonna replace it and see if that fixes it.
