Default Willing to help me? Wiring and a/c

Hey everyone. I have a 90 s13 240 that I have a few problems with right now and I could really use some help if someone has the time and wants a few bucks. First and foremost, I have a short somewhere thats causing my tail light fuse to blow instantly when turning the headlights on. So I have no tail lights or dash lights at night right now. All of my bulbs look good, i've checked the radio's wiring, looked at the tcu, and looked around quite a bit for the short but I can't seem to find it. Maybe someone here would be able to help me take another look and see something I'm missing?

My other problem is with my a/c. I've just recently done a lot to try and get the a/c working correctly. I've replaced quite a bit. I got a new a/c compressor, a new accumulator/drier, a new evaporator, new relay, and a few new lines from a junkyard. I took it to a shop after getting all this in and had them vacuum and recharge. After doing all of this, I knew the compressor was kicking in immediately and it would blow out cold air but only after the car was running for about 15 minutes. Now, for whatever reason, the compressor doesnt even seem to be kicking in. I'm wondering if anyone here has any suggestions or if possible wants to take a look at it with me and help me out? I'm really tired of having a sweat-drenched shirt after driving for only 15 minutes, haha.

I can come to you. We can talk money when I hear from you. Just shoot me a message or post on here and let me know. I really appreciate any help anyone could provide.
