What is the widest 17" wheel you can fit on the front and rear of a S13?
Specifically, will a 17x9 rear and 17x7.5 front fit? If so is there any special offset?

 

depends on what suspension you want to run.

Up front is more critical than out back.

If you want to clear coilovers up front here is my reccomendation

17x7 run a 30 to 35 mm offset
17x7.5 run 32 to28 offset (28 will stick out a bit)

Backs can be 8 to 9 wide (some say 9.5) offset between 35 and 40
