Car Wont turn off!
So i seem to have a problem with my car turning off............but its only when its raining or wet outside. So i believe something is getting wet but i don't know what it is.
It will start fine, but after "its" wet, it wont turn off. The key is out of the ignition and the car is still running. So what i have to do is stall it. but after i let it sit for a awhile, the battery is completely drained.
Its a 93' s13 coupe if that counts for anything.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks ahead of time.

This might be kind of obvious, but when you stall it, and have the key out, are all the accessories on just like you have the ign still open?
Possibly the alt if the battery is dead also.

yup. it might even be the pigtail behind the switch...(when i bought my old 1990 s13 it had 2 ignition switch's. one to unlock the wheel and 1 to start the car because the pigtail was bad. first thing i did was put the good pigtail on the colum switch that unlocked the wheel and removed the 2nd switch completely)

Well, next time it happens, remove the steering column plastics, and behind the ign switch there's another little cylinder. You have to remove a small Philips head screw and it comes out. There's kind of like a "T" hole in it. From there stick something in and turn it counter-clockwise and see if that turns it off. If not, then follow the cables that lead off it down to under the dash, and unplug those cables. If it still doesn't turn off, then shit is really fucked up and I don't know what to tell you.
