Default sr20 Surging problems help

First here is my setup. Sr20det(redtop),N60 MAF, q45 ignitor, and 550cc injectors, safc2(but not hooked up). Now when i start the car it has a problem staying idle so I have to give it some throttle. After that it starts surging. I've checked my wiring to the maf and that is good. I check for voltage at the iac and i have 12v at one wire. I also swapped the iac out with another and it did the same thing. I really dont know what else to try or do. If someone has experience with sr's please help. I'm a noob with these engines. thanx

if you have a diff maf other than the stock one and dont either have tuned ecu for it or a safc hooked up its going to run like shit. either hook up the stock maf or wire in the safc and adjust for it
