best shocks for a DD?
looking for some shocks for my DD s14 and wondering what ones you guys would prefer. Im NOT looking for coilovers for my dd Just keeping it fairly stock here. throw me some suggestions.
do they make caster adjustment plates also and or camber/caster plates? I heard using adjustable tension rods were not as good idea because It throws your geometry off?

because my caster is out of spec and so is my camber int he front. http://www.corsportusa.com/store/cat...id=2560...will these fit on stock struts? if not is their something similar for stock struts.

Need more info. Are you wanting a lower than stock ride? Why is your alignment off? If you want to save some cash I would get some camber bolts for the front. There like $20. Caster adjustments your gonna need some adjustable tension rods. Or you could always slot the tension rod brackets lol. J/K, dont do that!
or fix what you broke because your caster is off.
OT: I've driven on AGX's with Sportlines on my buddies car and it felt pretty solid. definately can vouch for ride quality.

tein makes one of the only camber plates that will work with an oe style strut as far as i know. and, im not real positive, but i dont see a lot of caaster adjustment coming from those k sports, but more kingpin angle.

no mine is WAY off on the side I crashed into a curb at, Some young girl pulled out in front of the car I was tailgating threw a yellow light. She was making an illegal uturn so I swerved too hard and the car lost traction when I tried to correct it. Only tier hit the curb was passenger side but it hit hard, dint pop tier tho, cannot believe it fucking didn't pop tire. Wheel was pushed so far back that It couldn't be turned I had to replaced the fish hook shaped inner tie rod and tension rod. Nothing looks bent down their now, been driving the car for a month but is eating tires up. could my strut have gotten fucked up and affect anything? The caster is super negative I belive. pushed tword back . This is on passenger side. Car steers to right now, had to straighten wheel out. Alignment shop did a shit job. steering wheel is aligned BETTER, but car still steers to right. every place I go to dose a shit job on my alignment. THis place h3 automotive in bradenton blows. HAd 4 techs looking at my adjustable tension rods and lower control arms scrathing their heads. I step into the shop to show the morons how easy it is to turn one obvious fucking bolt and I get a sir please stay outside, their figuring out how to adjust your alignment right now. this was on my s13 when i had it. Got some of that purple spotted dankity dank...
