tires rubbin
What wheels?
What offset?
What size tires?
How many curbs has this car hit?
I'm also confused as to how your tires are rubbing your wheel wells at stock ride height unless of course you are using a sidewall of 90 or something or you have 20's.
240sx's didn't come standard with offroad tires.
Post a picture. I'm mindfucked right now.
Nobody's e-thugging. This thread is seriously retarded.

You see why I'm confused. When I say stock I mean I just got it off an older woman. Se wheels, stock ride height, and the tires that are recommended for the car. I forgot the size, bad memory.
Are your splash guards installed correctly..? Are your struts blown? Is your tie rod bent?
Are you sure the tire is rubbing? Do you see wear in a particular spot or along a stretch of the tire? Is there wear on the fender from said rubbing? Do you smell burning while the tire is rubbing on the car? Do you hear the tire contacting the fender which is what is leading you to believe the tire in question is rubbing. Are you sure it isn't a belt squealing? Has this car been in an accident? Is the fender dented causing it to touch the tire?
