My brother just bought a '97 240sx last week and today some dumb ass crushed the back end of it. Instead of doing a the OEM bumbers he is trying to get a body kit out of it. All the body kits he has seen for the 240, just have a "lower lip" for the rear. I haven't really looked at them for myself, but was wondering if anyone had any insite on wheater there is a complete bumber replacement or can he only do the"lower lip".

the japanese rear bumper is kinda expensive but it extends lower than the US bumper it has a 'lip' persay.

look into cwest bumpers

most of the kits like greddy, bomex, etc have just side valances which are like mudguards

check

i suggest just leave the rear bumper stock with maybe bomex or jun mudguards the OEM sideskirts and either OEM front lip or c west kit

Well now that my brother has got his insurance quote he is now going to change the color and also do a body kit. does anyone have any suggestions on what color to paint this s14.5?? He was thinking of doing gunmetal is that a good choice? Let me know what u think thanks
